    • International Orders: 10-20 business days (depending on the country & customs clearance)

Eligibility for Returns

We take pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted, vegan & cruelty-free products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on used products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional discounts
  • Used or opened skincare products

Return Process
